If you are interested in buying my services, you’re required to read and accept my Terms of Service.

The following prices are for personal commissions and are for reference only, the actual price may increase with difficulty of the work.

Terms of Service

By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms.

I Do:
✦ Original characters, Fan-Art;
✦ Any creatures (humanoid, anthro, animals, aliens, monsters, other);
✦ Any type of horror;
✦ Blood, heavy gore;
✦ Nudity, slightly suggestive themes.
I Don't Do:
✦ Fetish, sexualized violence (guro), pornography;
✦ Violence with real life people;
✦ Anything political, bigoted or discriminatory;
✦ Artwork for NFTs or any other blockchain-based tokens.

✦ Payment is currently only accepted via PayPal invoices. No refunds.✦ It may take me up to 3 months to finish the commission, unless it is a priority commission.✦ As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork, which includes posting it to my social media, posting process videos or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks.✦ You cannot claim my art/designs/characters as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting/using it on other sites.✦ You will only receive the digital art file. Not the printed art. Nothing is ever intended to be physically shipped to the client.✦ I retain the right to upload or remove the finished artwork to/from my social media pages unless privacy is agreed upon beforehand. I reserve the right to charge an additional fee for private works if I deem fit. This does not apply to commercial commissions.✦ Do note that my art is constantly evolving and changing so there may be slight differences in style between the recieved artwork and examples presented in my portfolio.✦ Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only (1-2 weeks). It is your responsibility to save the commissioned artwork.✦ The commissioner or any other third parties may NOT modify, trace, recolour or otherwise change the commissioned artwork. The only exception is cropping the image for personal use.✦ Any aspect of my work may NOT be used to train, validate, or test any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) or neural network (NN). Processing my work through generative models is strictly forbidden. Usage of any aspect of my work in block-chain related technology, including non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, and any other current or future implementation of such technology is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Such usage of my work will result in legal action being taken.Payment Process

✦ All payments are paid upfront.
✦ Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 48 hours.
✦ Privacy, priority, deadlines, commercial use and any other fees must be agreed upon before I start working on the artwork.
✦ Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed that I can accept your commission and have asked for payment. I will initiate the transaction myself.
✦ If for some reason I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.
✦ Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project is a violation of the terms of this contract, and I will be defending my rights in the investigation conducted by PayPal regarding the chargeback.Working progress
Commissioner will receive a rough draft that depicts the pose and the idea of the artwork for approval. Afterwards, you will get a cleaner sketch for second approval. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork.Do note that the amount of revisions during the sketch phase is limited. If something isn’t a necessary detail/change, please don’t list it.Revisions after the sketching phase will cost extra, depending on the difficulty of the changes. Revisions due to my own negligence are free.After the work is finished you will receive 300 DPI PNG(s) (unless another resolution/file type is requested) of your artwork along with any different versions. The final artwork will have my signature on it. I do not send any PSD or CSP files for personal use commissions, for commercial commissions this should be discussed prior to starting the work.About Personal and Commercial use
Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit.
For example: using it as an avatar or a wallpaper on non-profit sites (Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter, etc.), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains.
For example: using the artwork for your brand (e.g. marketing materials, business purposes, etc.), printing the artwork on any physical goods with the purpose of selling them, or using the artwork for social media platforms that could generate profit (e.g. YouTube or Twitch channels, Patreon, personal sites, business cards, etc.). Commercial use commissionsCommercial use fee heavily depends on who the commissioner is (e.g. small indie studio vs. big corporation) and what purpose will my artwork serve (e.g. usage for social media vs. selling physical goods with my design).For usage on social media, be it for promotions, for design of your page, stream overlays, etc., the commercial usage fee starts at 50% of the original price.For reproducing, creating merchandise or otherwise selling physical goods with my design, the commercial usage fee starts at 100% of the original price.Please contact me if you're unsure whether or not your commission would fall under commercial use.I'm still required to be credited whether the commission is personal or commercial.Priority Fee
If you wish for your commission to be prioritized over others and for it to be done by a set deadline you must pay a priority fee. Priority fee depends on how tight the deadline is and can increase up to 60% of the base price.Privacy Fee
If you wish for your commission to be private and not to be posted anywhere it may cost extra.Design Fee
If you wish for me to draw from a description instead of a reference image or for me to create a character design for you it will cost extra depending on the complexity of the design.
